Cheshire Records 13 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Await Registry Data
Cheshire recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, though only four carried a sale price by report time. Those four prices ranged from $81,159 to $195,900, with a median of $115,000. The period's top transaction was 174 Wells Rd, which sold for $195,900 on Sept. 9 to Greylock Federal Credit Union. Two streets, Wells Road and Brough Road, each had two recorded filings at the same address. Financial institutions were the buyer of record in every transaction with a posted price. With nine of 13 sales still awaiting consideration data, a fuller picture of the month's market will take shape as prices post to the registry.
