Thirteen of the 16 deeds named a bank, credit union or lending trust as buyer or seller, and four addresses, including 335 Outlook Ave and 186 Willow Cove Rd, saw two separate transfers recorded within the same four-week span. With three-quarters of recorded sales missing price data, the available figures offer only a partial view of Cheshire's market this period.
