Cheshire Records 16 Property Transfers in August, but Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Cheshire recorded 16 property deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $30,000 to $100,000 with a median of $65,000. The top disclosed sale was 335 Outlook Ave at $100,000, sold to Citizens Bank NA on Aug. 20. Thirteen of the 16 deeds named a bank, credit union or lending trust as buyer or seller, and four addresses, including 335 Outlook Ave and 186 Willow Cove Rd, saw two separate transfers recorded within the same four-week span. With three-quarters of recorded sales missing price data, the available figures offer only a partial view of Cheshire's market this period.
