All Five Priced Cheshire Sales This Month Go to Banks or Lenders
Cheshire recorded 11 deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with five carrying a sale price so far, ranging from $47,600 to $393,500 and a median of $130,000. The month's top transaction was 296 Savoy Road at $393,500, sold by Adam M. and Stephanie Killeen to Wells Fargo Bank N.A. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Notably, every priced sale this period listed a bank, mortgage servicer or credit union as the buyer. Six transfers have no price on record yet, a normal lag in registry data rather than a sign of nondisclosure.
