Eighteen property transfers were recorded in Cheshire from Sept. 25 to Oct. 24, though pricing was available for just five as of this report. Recorded sale prices ranged from $47,600 at 52 Yorkshire Drive to $380,000 at 369 East Harbor Road, the period's top transaction, with a median of $80,000 among the five priced sales. The remaining 13 transfers, several of them mortgage recordings, had no price yet logged with the registry.
