Cheshire sees 18 recorded transfers in late July as one Willow Cove Road sale tops $450,000
Eighteen property transfers were recorded in Cheshire between July 10 and Aug. 8, per Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds records, but only four listed a sale price. Those ranged from $125,000 to $450,000, with a median of $263,075. The period's top sale was 120 Willow Cove Road at $450,000, sold July 15 by Diane L. and Daniel W. Sowle to Arija E. Logins and Ian M. Swindlehurst. Willow Cove Road and Daniels Terrace each saw multiple recorded transfers. Several deeds reflected family-trust transfers or mortgage-related recordings rather than open-market sales, limiting what the data shows about overall price trends this period.
