Cheshire recorded 17 property transfers from Sept. 18 to Oct. 17, but only five carried a listed sale price, ranging from $47,600 to $380,000, with a median of $80,000. The period's top transaction was 369 East Harbor Road at $380,000, sold by Robert B. and Patricia A. Bernier to Adams Community Bank. Several other filings involved banks or mortgage entities such as Greylock Federal Credit Union and Rocket Mortgage LLC as buyers or sellers. Savoy Road had three separate filings. With most prices not yet on record, the data shows notable deed volume but limited confirmed pricing for the month.
