Cheshire deed filings show $450,000 top sale, most disclosed prices tied to lenders
Cheshire recorded 19 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with seven sales disclosing a price ranging from $30,000 to $450,000 and a median of $115,000. The period's top sale was 120 Willow Cove Road at $450,000, sold by Diane and Daniel Sowle to Arija Logins and Ian Swindlehurst. Lake Shore Drive and Willow Cove Road saw the most registry activity, each with multiple recorded entries. Six of the seven disclosed-price sales named a bank, credit union or mortgage entity as buyer, and three transfers moved property into a family or revocable trust. No square-footage, bed/bath or property-type data was available in the records.
