Lake Shore Drive and Willow Cove Road saw the most registry activity, each with multiple recorded entries. Six of the seven recorded-price sales named a bank, credit union or mortgage entity as buyer, and three transfers moved property into a family or revocable trust. No square-footage, bed/bath or property-type data was available in the records.
